3. Do you deliver all over Pakistan?
Yes, we offer nationwide delivery across Pakistan, including Lahore, Karachi, Islamabad, Rawalpindi, Faisalabad, Multan, Peshawar, Quetta, and other cities.
4. How long does delivery take?
Our normal delivery time is 4 to 5 working days, depending on your city and order type.
5. What payment methods do you accept?
We accept Cash on Delivery, bank transfer, JazzCash, EasyPaisa, and other online payment methods. Currently, debit and credit card payments are not available.
6. Is Cash on Delivery available?
Yes, Cash on Delivery is available for most products. For customized sofa covers, we take 50% advance payment and the remaining amount is paid through COD at the time of delivery.
7. Do you offer customized sofa covers?
Yes, we specialize in customized sofa covers. Customers can provide their sofa measurements, and we prepare the cover according to the required size and design.
8. Can customized products be exchanged?
Customized products are made according to customer-provided measurements, so they are not exchangeable. However, if there is any genuine size or quality issue from our side, we provide support and replacement as per our policy.
9. What is your return policy?
We offer a 7-day return policy in case of any size or quality issue. The product must be unused and reported within 7 days of delivery.
