Exchange Policy

1. What if I need to exchange the product due to a size issue?

If the size of the product you ordered does not fit, you may request an exchange within 7 days of receiving your order.

To initiate the exchange process:

• Contact our customer support team via WhatsApp at 0302-7673555.
• Pack the product in its original packaging with all accompanying tags attached.
• The product must be unused, unwashed, and in its original condition.
• You will be required to courier the product to our office address (which will be shared at the time of exchange request).

Once we receive and inspect the product, we will dispatch the replacement size, subject to availability.

Please note: The exchange process may take 4–6 working days after we receive the returned item.

2. What if I wish to exchange the product for another item?

If you would like to exchange your purchased product for a different product available on our website, simply:

• Contact our customer support team within 7 days of delivery.
• Return the product in its original packaging with all tags attached.
• Ensure that the product is unused and in saleable condition.
• Ship the item to our office address provided by our support team.

After inspection and approval, we will dispatch the replacement product based on availability. If there is any price difference, our support team will guide you regarding the additional payment or refund process.

Please note: This process may take 4–6 working days after the returned product is received.

Customized Products Policy

Customized products, including custom-sized sofa covers, are manufactured according to the measurements and specifications provided by customers.

Therefore, customized products cannot be exchanged or returned due to a change of mind or incorrect measurements provided by the customer.

However, if there is a genuine size discrepancy or quality issue from our side, Trendy Pakistan will provide a free replacement after verification.

• All original tags and packaging must be intact.

• You will be required to courier the product to our office address, which will be shared upon approval of the return request.

Once we receive and inspect the returned product, we will process your refund.

2. How will I receive my refund?

Trendy Pakistan offers two refund options:

Coupon Code

You may choose to receive a coupon code equivalent to the refunded amount, which can be used for future purchases on our website.

Cash Refund

If you prefer a direct refund, the amount can be transferred through:

Please note: Refund processing may take 5–10 working days after the returned product has been received and approved.
