Order Processing

• Orders placed before 2:00 PM (Pakistan Standard Time) are usually processed and dispatched on the same working day through our trusted courier partners.
• Orders received after 2:00 PM will be processed and dispatched on the next working day.
• Orders placed on Sundays or Pakistan's national holidays will be processed and shipped on the next working day.

Delivery Time

Standard Products

For ready-to-ship products, the estimated delivery time is:

• 1 to 3 working days for major cities.
• Delivery schedules may vary slightly for remote areas.

Customized Products

Customized products, including custom-sized sofa covers, require additional production time.

• Estimated delivery time for customized orders is 4 to 5 working days after order confirmation and receipt of the required advance payment.

Shipping Coverage

We proudly offer nationwide delivery across Pakistan, including Lahore, Karachi, Islamabad, Rawalpindi, Faisalabad, Multan, Peshawar, Quetta, and other cities.

Courier Partners

To ensure timely and secure delivery, Trendy Pakistan works with reputable courier companies such as M&P Courier and other logistics partners when required.

Order Tracking

Once your order has been dispatched, you may receive tracking details through WhatsApp, SMS, or email to monitor the status of your shipment.

Important Notes

• Delivery timelines are estimates and may be affected by weather conditions, courier delays, public holidays, or unforeseen circumstances.
• Customers are requested to provide accurate shipping information to avoid delays.
• For customized sofa cover orders, 50% advance payment is required, and the remaining amount can be paid through Cash on Delivery.
