• Orders received after 2:00 PM will be processed and dispatched on the next working day.
• Orders placed on Sundays or Pakistan's national holidays will be processed and shipped on the next working day.

Delivery Time

Standard Products

For ready-to-ship products, the estimated delivery time is:

• 1 to 3 working days for major cities.
• Delivery schedules may vary slightly for remote areas.

Customized Products

Customized products, including custom-sized sofa covers, require additional production time.

• Estimated delivery time for customized orders is 4 to 5 working days after order confirmation and receipt of the required advance payment.

Once your order has been dispatched, you may receive tracking details through WhatsApp, SMS, or email to monitor the status of your shipment.

• Customers are requested to provide accurate shipping information to avoid delays.
• For customized sofa cover orders, 50% advance payment is required, and the remaining amount can be paid through Cash on Delivery.
